David H. Bailey, Jr. - (2008 Chairman)
David H. Bailey, Jr. began his own law practice with Shawn Saale when he moved to St. Peters in 1992 where he practices general civil and criminal litigation. He is the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of St. Peters. David graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1987 with a degree in Accounting. He also graduated from the University of Missouri/Columbia School of Law in 1990. David has served on the Developmental Disabilities Resource Board of St. Charles County and St. Charles County Workforce Development Board. He is the past President for the St. Charles County Bar Association and the St. Peters Rotary Club. In 1998, David was honored as the St. Peters Outstanding Young Citizen. In 2000, he was named recipient of the Southeast Missouri State University Young Alumni Merit Award. David is married to Dana Bailey and has two young children, Lauren and Jackson.
Kevin Bray (2009 Chairman)
Kevin Bray is a Senior Vice President of Commerce Bank. He is the Group Manager for the nine Commerce Bank branches in St. Charles County. He has worked for Commerce Bank for 30 years as a Branch Manager at various branches, and most recently managed the Webster Groves branch, until his promotion to his current position in January, 2003.

Kevin has a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and a MBA from St. Louis University. He serves on the Boards of Lindenwood University, St. Charles County YMCA, and Family Support Services, and the Incubator Committee for the Economic Development Center of St. Charles County. He is a former Board member of the Webster Groves Chamber of Commerce.

Kevin grew up in St. Charles and is familiar with the community. He and his wife, Pamela, are residents of St. Peters. They have three children, ages 26, 24 and 21.
Jan Dunham - (Past Chairman)
Jan Dunham is Vice President, U.S. Bank Private Client Group. She has been an active member of the St. Peters Chamber since 1996. She has served on many committees for the Chamber in that time, currently serving on the Board of Directors. She is also the host of UpFront St. Peters Business that airs on cable channel 10. She was named Ambassador of the year in 1999 and 2000. She also serves on the Governmental Concerns and Transportation/Economic Development Committees. Other community involvement includes member of the St. Charles Community College Foundation Board; Advisory Board Member for United Services; Advisory Board Member for Community Living Inc.; and member of the St. Charles Sunrise Rotary Club.
Robin Fuller (Secretary)
Robin Fuller is a life long Missourian who has been involved in local business activities since her graduation from college in 1980. Her degree in Elementary and Special Education led to immediate employment within the Special School District for several years. Robin also partnered with co-owners to operate a dance school in Ferguson, Missouri from 1988 to 1996 to give her an initial feel for the trepidation concerning small business ownership.

Married in 1976 to husband Dan, they together embarked on their current business interest in 1984. The husband wife team founded EPC, Inc. of St. Charles, Missouri as a small re-seller of personal computers and related equipment. Following a 1998 purchase of the business by now parent company CSI Leasing, Dan and Robin were asked to stay on at EPC in their current positions, and remain there today.

Robin is Vice-President of EPC over Administration and Human Resources. EPC employs over 130 full time area residents within two facilities occupying over 160,00 total square feet. Robin lives with her husband Dan and two college graduate daughters in St. Charles and enjoys tending to their business, gardening, photography and other hobbyist activities.
Bill Tidwell (Treasurer)
Bill Tidwell is a Practice Management Consultant with St. Johns Mercy Medical Group. He assists physicians and office managers in the daily operation of their businesses. Bill currently works with four practices that are active members in the St Peters Chamber of Commerce. He began his career in the health care field at the Medical Center of Florissant in 1975.

A veteran of Vietnam, Bill was awarded the Air Force Commendation medal for meritorious service while serving in Vietnam. As an active member of the Chamber, he is participating in the Choices Program at Dubray Middle School in the Fort Zumwalt School District. He is also one of two parents selected to participate on a Fort Zumwalt District wide committee, consisting primarily of principals and teachers, to study barriers to classroom instruction. Bill was also active in the Hawthorn Elementary PTO for 7 years, serving as Treasurer for two years. Bill is married and has two active sons, aged 11 and 12 years.

Keith Arbuckle
Keith Arbuckle joined the St. Peters Chamber Board of Directors in January 2003. Keith is the Director of Engineering for Duckett Creek. With a degree in mechanical engineering, Keith has the responsibility for all engineering aspects of the District, including all plan reviews and all major renovation and expansion projects. Previously Keith was plant manager and district engineer for the Little Blue Valley Sewer District, one of the largest sanitary districts in the state of Missouri. Keith is a member of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers and has served as President of the Missouri Water Environment Association. Keith, his wife Jeana and children Mitchell, Evan and Elise live in O'Fallon.
Teresa S. Godar, CPA, CIT, CCIFP
Director of St. Charles Services and Construction Industry Services with MPP&W

With 13 years of experience in this field, Teresa has a greater understanding of the contractor profession and proves her dedication to providing a higher level of service to this unique and complex industry. Teresa has taken the extra steps to earn her Construction Industry Technician (CIT) accreditation through Clemson University. In addition, she was the first CPA in public practice in Missouri to obtain the CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional) designation.

Teresa is an honors graduate of Lindenwood University and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Women in Construction, Associated General Contractors and the Construction Financial Management Association. She is also a member of the St. Charles and O’Fallon Chambers of Commerce and is honored to serve on the board for the St. Peters Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Blue Ribbon
Lisa Drier
Lisa A. Drier is the President & CEO of ShowMe Aquatics and Fitness of St. Charles. Prior to joining ShowMe, Drier was the Vice President of External Affairs for the SSM St. Joseph Health Center and St. Joseph Hospital West and President of St. Joseph Foundation, where she provided oversight for public relations, marketing, and advertising; and was responsible for all fundraising efforts. She had been with St. Joseph in various capacities since 1996.

Drier earned a Masters degree in Corporate Communications from Lindenwood College in 2001. Drier is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Lindenwood, a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and a member of the Regional Cabinet for the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy. She succeeds Dr. Bess Maxwell, co-founder of ShowMe, who continues her work in program development and physicial therapy, focusing on the core mission of working with people with disabilities in therapy and research.
Neal Ewing
Neal Ewing is the General Manager of Bommarito Cadillac-Mazda-Volkswagen and has been with the St. Peters location since 2002. Neal is a 25 year resident of St. Charles County and is on the Board for Athena Foundation as well as the National Dealer Advisory Board for Cadillac. He is also the Chairman of his 20 Group with Mazda which consists of the top 20 Mazda dealerships. Neal is married with 2 children, Erica a senior at Truman State university and Caitlin a freshman at Francis Howell Central.
Cliff Heitmann
I am a native of St. Charles and grew up on a farm in northern St. Charles County. I attended high school at Orchard Farm and went on to college at the University of Missouri, Columbia. I received my Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering in 1988 and worked for 4 years as a design engineer for Cambridge Engineering in Chesterfield. I went back to school at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville in 1992 and graduated in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. I started working for Bax Engineering in 1994 and have been here since. Prior to taking over as president and CEO in August 2006, I served as the Commercial Department Manager. I currently live in St Charles County with my wife (Tracy) and three children Nicole and Marina (both age 8) and Alex (age 4). I am active in my church (Trinity Lutheran, Orchard Farm) and enjoy hunting, the outdoors and spending time with my family.
Will Klein

Will Klein is the General Manager of American, a Wisconsin-based retailer of home electronics, appliances, and furniture. Will has been with American for fourteen years, serving as General manager at the company's Rockford, IL store before being promoted to their newest location in Cottleville-St. Peters. While in Rockford, he was an active member of the Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Rockford Park and Recreation Department, City of Gardens Advisory Board, and was involved in several other community activities. Will also served for two years as a Division Chair for the United Way of the Rock River Valley.

Since relocating to St. Peters, Will has become an active member of our community as well, serving as a member of the Chamber of Commerce Board for both St. Peters and Cottleville-Weldon Spring. He continues to serve as the Leadership Specialist for the Career and Technical Student Organizations of Wisconsin, where he uses his time and talents to train and mentor college students to become future industry leaders. Will has also spent the past few months challenging local youth, including his oldest son, on the football field as an Assistant Coach for the Fort Zumwalt South Junior Bulldogs.

Will and his wife Becky live in St. Peters with their five children- sons Will Jr., age 13; Wyatt, age 8; and Weston, age 6½ and daughters Whitney, age 5; and Willow, age 1.

Carey Mulwee
Carey Mulwee, 55, graduated from the University of Memphis in 1973 with a BS in Civil Engineering. After spending 29 years in high tech sales and marketing, with such firms as IBM, Oracle, and Microstrategy; Carey moved into the restaurant business, as Managing Partner for a company that owns and operates two Nothing But Noodles franchise locations, one in St Peters, MO and one in Columbia, MO.

Carey has 3 children – son Crosby, age 22; daughter Jamie, age 20; and son Eddie, age 8. Carey lives in Saint Peters, Missouri, where he is a member of Church On The Rock.
Duane A. Mueller - (Past Chairman)
Duane Mueller joined the St. Peters Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in January 2003. Duane, age 38 is the fifth son of Mitch and Pudd Mueller and was raised in St. Paul, Missouri. Mr. Mueller graduated from the University of Missouri at St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with an emphasis in Economics. In 1992, Mr. Mueller, a former journeyman carpenter, formed Cissell Mueller Construction, Inc. with Robert Cissell. As President of the corporation, Mr. Mueller has guided the construction business from humble beginnings of $200,000.00 in revenue ten years ago to a respectable $14,000,000.00 this year focusing primarily on retail, medical, and industrial construction projects in the greater metro St. Louis vicinity. Mr. Mueller is also the general partner in Cissell Mueller Company, L.L.C., a commercial real estate brokerage firm. Cissell Mueller Company, L.L.C. are professional Real Estate Licensors in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa, with offices in St. Peters, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Mueller is married and with his wife Amy, raise four children, Morgan, Jack, Hannah, and Leah in their St. Peters residence. Mr. Mueller's businesses support dozens of charitable organizations throughout the local area. Mr. Mueller is an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cottleville, Missouri; and a committee member of the St. Dominic High School Capital Campaign.
Jeanne Palombo
Jeanne Palombo is the Development Director at United Services. Prior to coming to the agency in 1997, she worked at the St. Peters Chamber of Commerce. Jeanne serves on the Vision St. Charles Leadership Board of Directors and is a member of the St. Louis Planned Giving Council.

Jeanne and her husband Bob, reside in St. Charles. Their 2 children, Tricia and Tony, are attending post and undergraduate programs at Emerson College and CMSU respectively.
